Rosemark Women Care Specialists is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Christopher “Chris” Allphin, MD, a highly respected and board-certified OB/GYN, to its growing team of women’s healthcare providers.
Dr. Allphin brings over a decade of clinical experience to Rosemark, having served women and families in the Idaho Falls community since 2013. He earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in 2009 and completed a rigorous residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was appointed Chief Resident in his final year. During his residency, Dr. Allphin gained extensive experience in both normal and high-risk obstetrics, performing over 1,000 deliveries and more than 70 vaginal, laparoscopic, and abdominal hysterectomies each.
Dr. Allphin is also trained and certified in DaVinci robotic surgery, allowing him to offer advanced, minimally invasive surgical care to his patients. In addition to being a native English speaker, he is fluent in Spanish, ensuring effective and compassionate communication with a broader range of patients.
