Rosemark Resolutions Encourages Healthy Activity
Idaho Falls, Idaho – Rosemark Women Care Specialists launched a new fitness challenge today called Rosemark Resolutions. The challenge is geared to encourage employees to eat better and exercise more as an office. They are also challenging other employers in the area to join in the challenge
To launch the challenge, individuals start with a body composition scan where they establish their starting body composition through a body fat analysis. At the end of March, participants will receive a final body composition scan. Prizes will be awarded to the participants with the biggest decrease of body fat calculated by percentage.
A spokesman for Rosemark stated, “We are excited to share our enthusiasm and hope the community will be inspired to follow along.”
