Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
In response to the introduction of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Idaho, Rosemark has updated several Policies and Procedures to reduce the risk of exposure to patients and staff. Your safety and well-being are Rosemark’s highest priorities.
Please review the following changes.
As of June 4,2021, fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask. For individuals who are not fully vaccinated, it is recommended that you wear a mask but it is not a requirement.
Guests are asked to bring their own masks.
Two Options Available for Patients
There are now two options available for patients.
- An in-office visit as normal but we ask that you come alone.
- Telemedicine is now available!
Please call our main office number (208) 557-2900 to find out which option is best for you.
Patients and Visitors
The Center for Disease Control recommends that individuals should avoid gathering in groups with 10 or more people to reduce the risk of unnecessary exposure. Thus, Rosemark is asking that you come alone to their visit if possible. If you require a guest to attend your visit, we ask that only one adult visitor attend.
When Not to Come into the Clinic
Please do not come into the clinic if you meet any of the following criteria:
- If you have been diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- If you believe you have been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- If you are experiencing symptoms of FEVER, COUGH AND /OR RESPITORY DISTRESS.
- If you have recently returned from geographic location with widespread Coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you answer yes to any of the criteria above, please call Rosemark’s main office number (208) 557-2900 and select option #1. At the voice prompt, select the option # of your Provider (option 1-4) and a member of Rosemark’s clinical team will provide instructions for your appropriate care.
