Jeffrey B. Baker, M.D.M
Dr. Baker is a native of Idaho Falls. He has three brothers and a brother-in-law who all practice in Idaho Falls, specializing in dentistry or medicine.

He graduated from Idaho Falls High School and served an LDS mission in Brazil. He continues to enjoy the use of the Portuguese and Spanish languages he learned as a missionary in his current practice with the Hispanic population. He attended Ricks College and graduated from BYU and the U of U Medical School. After an internship in Phoenix Arizona, he specialized in OB/ GYN/ Infertility in Detroit, MI. He has an interest in Integrative Holistic Medicine and has completed a fellowship in this field. Dr. Baker works with patients to balance modern medicine and an holistic approach.

His wife is from Salt Lake City and a graduate of BYU. They have three sons and two daughters. Dr. Baker has been in private practice in Idaho Falls since 1991. He is an avid gardener and enjoys the outdoors.


Ty B. Erickson, M.D.
Dr. Erickson grew up in Las Vegas, NV. He attended BYU, University of Nevada School of Medicine and received his specialty training in OB/ GYN/ Infertility at the University of Colorado. From 1987-1994 he served on the Clinical Faculty at the University of Colorado teaching senior residents advanced pelvic surgery.

His clinical interests include pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence. For the past fifteen years, he has served on the board of directors for four managed health care organizations and has lectured widely on business leadership and ethics in medicine. Dr. Erickson’s wife, Michelle, is from Minnesota and is a graduate of BYU. They have three daughters and two sons and four grandchildren. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping; his greatest joy comes from being with his wife and family and enjoying the outdoors with them.


Barbara J. Nelson, M.D.
Dr. Barbara Nelson is a native of Idaho Falls. She graduated from Idaho Falls High School and attended Ricks College. After graduating from Utah State University, she attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She specialized in OB/ GYN/ Infertility in a residency program in Phoenix, AZ. In the past couple of years, Dr. Nelson has also completed her Masters Degree in Public Health and serves on the board of the community health district. Additionally, she is on faculty at BYU-Idaho. Her husband, Kevin, is from Shelley, ID and obtained a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in Houston, TX.

Dr. Nelson enjoys treating patients with aesthetic services such as dermal injections Juvederm, Radiesse, Dysport, and Botox as well as in office liposuction procedures using the Smartlipo system. She is pleased to be associated with a practice that can provide a wide variety of procedures. Dr. Nelson is passionate about providing and maintaining well-woman exams, contraceptive care, premarital education and surgery. She loves to care for any woman from a urinary tract infection to the more complex surgical patient or the woman just diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

Dr. Nelson is a very active individual who enjoys training and participating in IronMan and Marathon competitions. She is also a very talented pianist. The Nelsons are proud parents of twin daughters.


Steven W. Robison, M.D.
Dr. Steven Robison was raised in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. As an active duty member of the US Army, he further pursued his education and training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Honolulu, Hawaii, by completing an internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center. As a staff physician in the military, Dr. Robison enjoyed caring for active duty soldiers and family members in Heidelberg, Germany, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Most recently he served in Baghdad, Iraq, with the 86th Combat Support Hospital as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dr. Robison is excited to return to Idaho Falls with a special interest in women’s health. He enjoys caring for women in all stages of life, and believes that trust, respect, and compassion are vital in a doctor/patient relationship. While skilled in traditional medicine, he is open to new approaches in meeting the needs of his patients.

Dr. Robison’s wife, Ellen, is from Orem, Utah. She previously taught high school English and Spanish, but now enjoys being home with their six children. As a family, they have loved living and traveling in many different places. They also enjoy skiing, camping, and the outdoors. Most of all they just enjoy being together.


Carrie Merrill, D.O.
Dr. Carrie Merrill is a Southeast Idaho native and grew up in Swan Valley. (and, yes, she even used to scoop the square ice cream cones).

Dr. Merrill attended and graduated from Idaho Falls High School Following high school, Dr. Merrill completed her undergraduate studies at Idaho State University. Dr. Merrill continued to pursue her medical education at The University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. After receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic medicine degree, she attended internship training at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Following her internship Dr. Merrill has specialized in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility at St. Francis Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Merrill is passionate about all aspects of womens healthcare, including high-risk obstetrics, infertility, peri-partum depression, menopause, breast disease and interstitial cystitis. Dr. Merrill enjoys caring for women through all stages of life, from the anticipation of childbirth to the unique experiences that come with menopause.

Outside of the office, Dr. Merrill enjoys creative writing, downhill skiing, gardening, painting, and her pets. She is accepting all patients, new or established and works in our Idaho Falls office location.


Matthew Robison, M.D.
Dr. Matthew Robison is the oldest of seven boys and was raised in Newark, Delaware. He started his college education at BYU Idaho and finished his undergraduate education at University of Idaho. Dr. Robison had the opportunity to serve a mission in Bahia Blanca, Argentina. He completed Medical School at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kirksville, Missouri. After Medical School, he did almost two years of Internal Medicine residency until he finally found his true calling and completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

He enjoys the many challenges that Women’s Health Care provides specifically High Risk Pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery, and office procedures. Office procedures that he performs include permanent contraception, endometrial ablation, and hysteroscopy.

Dr. Robison (not related to Dr. Steve Robison) met his dear wife Denise while attending BYU Idaho, and after supporting him through his medical training, she is very excited to be moving back home to Southeastern Idaho. They have one girl and two boys. Dr. Robisons’ interests include spending time with family, bowhunting, fishing, mountain biking and ice hockey.


Melissa Bates, PA-C.
Melissa is an Idaho Falls native and a graduate from Idaho Falls High School. Melissa attended college at Idaho State University where she earned her Bachelors degree in Zoology. In August of 2004, Melissa received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University and was a member of the National Honor Society. Melissa is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants. She specializes in family practice with emphasis in women’s health. Melissa became a part of the Rosemark team in February of 2005. She is married and has two little girls and one son. She enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors and painting. Melissa is accepting new patients and is willing to help answer any of your healthcare questions.

Susan Binegar, Certified Nurse Midwife
Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Vercruz in Mexico and worked there for five years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. In 1995, Susan returned to the U.S. to assist with physical exams for the Migrant Head Start, Children’s Program for Utah Farm Worker’s Health, and served as the prenatal case manager for Clinica de Buena Salud. Additionally, she worked as a childbirth educator at the University of Utah Hospital. Susan continued her education and graduated from the University of Utah, receiving her Masters Degree in Nurse Midwifery in 2004 and is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.

Susan provides delivery services at Mountain View Hospital. Her abilities extend between deliveries; by providing a comprehensive prenatal delivery and post partum care to women, including evaluation, assessment, treatment and referrals to specialists, if required. Susan strives to better advocate women’s health by empowering them through education and prenatal care while enabling patients to take a more dynamic role in making decisions about their health care. The patients’ family is encouraged to more actively involve themselves in the birth of the child. Susan pays special attention to educating women on understanding the growth and development of their baby, appropriate nutrition during pregnancy, proper breast feeding techniques and the expectations of the labor experience. The safety and comfort of the patient and her baby is a crucial of the care plan. Susan is accepting new patients and looks forward to sharing in your pregnancy care experience. Y se hable Español


Amber Masse, FNP-C, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Amber, a proud native of Kansas, moved to Idaho Falls in 2003 with her husband Mark. In May of 2002, she received a Masters Degree from Fort Hays State University as a Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in care of the family. As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Amber can diagnose and treat patients with prescription medications and non-traditional therapies as deemed necessary. She has varied experience, including family practice, pain management, and emergency care. She is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and co-founder of the Idaho Falls Midlevel Network.

Amber joined our staff at Rosemark in 2004 and enjoys helping women of all ages with all of their primary care needs and concerns. In fact, the ability to help women with everything from the common cold to hypertension attracted her to our clinic. Amber enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and quilting.


Tauni Rowberry, FNP-c
No picture Tauni graduated from BYU-Idaho with an Associate in Nursing in 2004 and a Bachelor in Nursing in 2005. She chose to go into nursing after seeing the care given by a nurse to a family member that was in labor and had a strong desire to work in Women’s Health. Tauni has experience with surgical patients and worked six years in labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn areas. During that time Tauni continued her education and pursued a Master’s degree from Idaho State University as a Family Nurse Practioner specializing in primary care and ob/gyn. Education is an important of Tauni’s focus and she continues her education everyday through experience and she will soon be assisting in the operating room as well.

Tauni is married and her husband is an Idaho Falls native and is a Registered Nurse. The Rowberry’s have three boys that bring them much joy and they love being able to raise them in the Idaho Falls area. I enjoy reading, exercise, and spending time with friends and family.


Audra Stevens, PA-C
Audra graduated from Hillcrest High School. Following high school she attended Utah State University and received her Bachelor’s in Health Education/Community Health. She then went on to get her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University. She is specialized in primary care as well as gynecology. She also has experience in orthopedics and psychiatry. When not working with patients, Audra enjoys exploring the outdoors with a specific interest in gardening. She also enjoys reading, baking and most of all spending time with family.

Natalie Taylor, CNM
Natalie was born and raised in Idaho Falls and attended nursing school at Ricks College and Idaho State University. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse in Idaho Falls for nearly 13 years before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife. Natalie received her Masters Degree in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky. Frontier School of Midwifery is one of the oldest midwifery schools in the country with very rich history in midwifery in the United States.

As a midwife, she specializes in normal birth. Natalie respects birth for what it is, a natural, biological process that rarely needs intervention. Further, she is well trained in recognizing complications that do require intervention and strives to help women achieve the birth experience they want to have by educating them on options and supporting their decisions.

Natalie also provides care to non-pregnant women! She performs annual well-woman exams, contraceptive management, health maintenance, management of menopause and other gynecological problems as well as care for minor health problems.


Lori Woodbury, P.A.-C.
Lori Woodbury received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. She trained in Family Practice with emphasis in women’s health. Lori is a surgical first assistant for Rosemark and several General Surgeons in the area. She also provides scheduled and emergent assistance for cesarean section deliveries.

Lori received extensive training and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist (osteoporosis and bone health management). She enjoys analyzing bone densities and making treatment recommendations to our providers, as well as many outside physicians. Lori is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants in OB/GYN and the International Society of Clinical Densitometrists. Lori enjoys working with women in all phases of their life, from premarital exams and contraceptive care to osteoporosis and menopause management.

Lori has lived in the Idaho Falls area all of her life. She and her husband, Martin, have a combined family of 10 children. She loves being with her grandkids. Lori also enjoys playing the piano, reading, making quilts, spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new and exotic places. Lori is devoted to providing her patients with quality and compassionate care.
